Tokyo Sushi'n'Grill Restaurant

The Tokyo Sushi`n`grill Restaurant is the destination at the end of a journey resulting from a passion for the culinary delights of the Far East. Our cuisine is about more than food - it is also an adventure into the fascinating culture of the Land of the Rising Sun, where each gesture and each word has its own significance, and where tastes and scents are to be savoured and every bite tasted without hurry. It is a place for anyone wanting to escape, if only for a moment, the frantic pace of everyday life and immerse themselves in the exotic atmosphere.

Our Japanese master chefs are the secret of our restaurant's success. Cooking according to traditional recipes, they pay great attention to all the rules of the Oriental culinary art. Consequently, every grain of rice is paid due attention and slices of fish are always perfectly cut to the ideal shape and thickness. Sushi and sashimi masters treat the traditional recipes with respect. The principle of Japanese cuisine is to focus on the natural taste of individual ingredients. Thus, each ingredient is served in a separate bowl so that tastes do not mix, and there is virtually no seasoning.

JAPANESE CUISINE

According to the canons of Oriental culture, it is known that only an excellent craftsman, who has learnt the rules of their profession, can embark on the path to true mastery. This does not mean that there is no creativity in oriental cuisine, but only the very best chefs would dare to experiment with classic recipes. Creating Sushi dishes is similar to the tea ceremony - each element has its own place and significance.
The dishes in our restaurant not only match people's desires, but are also aesthetic and mystical experiences. The emotions evoked by the sight of a beautifully served dish, the atmosphere and the state of mind and heart of our customers are also important. We teach this to our guests as sushi swallowed in a hurry, without care, is just pieces of rice and raw fish with toppings; however, when eaten with focus and attention, it is a true adventure with a culinary masterpiece from the Orient.
Let us get into the mood, create the atmosphere to sample the extraordinary dishes of Japanese cuisine by celebrating each gesture and weighing our words.
