Our Japanese master chefs are the secret of our restaurant's success. Cooking according to traditional recipes, they pay great attention to all the rules of the Oriental culinary art. Consequently, every grain of rice is paid due attention and slices of fish are always perfectly cut to the ideal shape and thickness. Sushi and sashimi masters treat the traditional recipes with respect. The principle of Japanese cuisine is to focus on the natural taste of individual ingredients.
